Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 10 cup(s) Plain air popped popcorn (prepared without oil)
  • 1 tbsp(s) Coconut oil divided
  • 2 cup(s) Nutritional yeast large flake variety
  • 0.25 tsp(s) Ground turmeric
  • 0.25 tsp(s) Onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp(s) Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp(s) Table salt
  • 0.25 tsp(s) Vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp(s) Unpacked brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp(s) Maple syrup

Instruction

  • Prepare popcorn according to package directions. Divide between two bowls.
  • Mix the nutritional yeast (nooch), turmeric, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt together in a small bowl. Melt 1/2 Tbsp of coconut oil and pour over one of the bowls of popcorn. Sprinkle with nooch mix.
  • In a small saucepan, melt the remaining coconut oil, and whisk in vanilla extract and brown sugar, and maple syrup until a syrup forms. Pour the sugar syrup over the remaining plain popcorn and toss. Mix the two popcorn flavors together and serve.
