The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Butter, for greasing tin
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a muffin tin with butter.
- In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients until thoroughly combined.
- Spoon into prepared muffin tin and bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
- Brush with melted butter if desired, and serve. Enjoy!
