Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 2 cups arborio rice
  • 5 cups Massel Chicken Style Liquid Stock
  • 120g butter
  • 700g pumpkin, diced
  • 5 bacon rashers, diced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 200g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tbs parmesan cheese *to serve

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 190C.
  • Melt butter and fry onion, bacon and mushroom until onion is transparent and bacon is almost crisp.
  • Put all ingredients in a casserole dish. Mix well.
  • Cook, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
