Ingredients
The following ingredients have 10 Servings
- 2 cups arborio rice
- 5 cups Massel Chicken Style Liquid Stock
- 120g butter
- 700g pumpkin, diced
- 5 bacon rashers, diced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 200g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tbs parmesan cheese *to serve
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 190C.
- Melt butter and fry onion, bacon and mushroom until onion is transparent and bacon is almost crisp.
- Put all ingredients in a casserole dish. Mix well.
- Cook, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
