The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 5 cups prepared tomato sauce ((make your own))
  • 3 small zucchini (sliced lengthwise ⅛-inch thick)
  • 3 small yellow squash (sliced lengthwise ⅛-inch thick)
  • 1 small eggplant (sliced lengthwise ⅛-inch thick)
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese ((make your own))
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • ¼ cup Parmigiano Reggiano (freshly grated)
  • dried oregano (for garnish (optional))

Instruction

  • Prepare the homemade ricotta cheese and tomato sauce ahead of time and have it ready to use.
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
