Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1 avocado
  • 1- 5- oz can Chunk light tuna
  • 1-2 tsps mayo
  • 1/2 Tbs relish
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cilantro
  • Salsa
  • Crunchy asian noodles

Instruction

  • Cut avocado in half, remove pit
  • Open and drain tuna
  • In a small bowl mix tuna, mayo, relish, salt and pepper together
  • Scoop a little of the avocado out to make a larger bowl (eat it or mix it into tuna salad)
  • Scoop a spoonful of the tuna salad mixture into the avocado and garnish with salsa, cilantro, or anything else if desired.
