Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • ⅓ cup gluten free quick oats
  • ⅔ cup vanilla protein powder (gluten and dairy free)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ¾ cup dairy free chocolate chips

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar, protein powder, and baking powder.
  • Add in peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla. Stir until completely moistened.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Drop two tablespoon sized portions of dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet using a spoon or hand scooper.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, and cool for 5-10 minutes before handling or serving.
