Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- ⅓ cup gluten free quick oats
- ⅔ cup vanilla protein powder (gluten and dairy free)
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup peanut butter
- ¾ cup dairy free chocolate chips
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar, protein powder, and baking powder.
- Add in peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla. Stir until completely moistened.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop two tablespoon sized portions of dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet using a spoon or hand scooper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, and cool for 5-10 minutes before handling or serving.
