Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 10-12 dates
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup chia seed
  • 1/2 cup flax seed meal
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp sea salt (leave out if your nuts were salted)
  • {I get all of our nuts and seeds (as well as dates from Costco. I purchase coconut shreds in bulk at our local health food store.})

Instruction

  • Put everything into the food processor. Mix with a spoon to combine everything evenly first.
  • Pulse to combine into the texture you like (I have left the chunks bigger than what is pictured in this post as well and that is my favorite - my toddler prefers it smaller like what is pictured). Store the granola in an airtight container in the pantry up to 3 months.
