- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 14 ounces can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste (or 1 or 2 vanilla beans scraped (or 1 tablespoon vanilla extract))
Instruction
- If using vanilla beans, slice the pod in half lengthwise with a paring knife and scrape the seeds out using the dull edge of the knife. Add the vanilla bean seeds or vanilla extract and the sweetened condensed milk in a small bowl and stir to combine. Set aside.
- Line a 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Using a mixer, whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form for about three minutes,
- Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla bean paste or vanilla beans using a rubber scraper until well-combined.
- Pour into the prepared pan, cover with plastic wrap and freeze at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Once frozen, just grab your ice cream scoop and dig in! You can serve this ice cream in so many ways!
