Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 12 Oreo cookies (crushed)
Instruction
- Pour heavy cream into a large bowl. Using an electric mixer, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form (~1-2 minutes on high speed).
- Add vanilla extract and sweetened condensed milk; continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
- Using a spatula, fold in crushed Oreo cookies.
- Transfer mixture into a freezer-safe container. Cover and freeze until ice cream is solid (5-6 hours).
