Ingredients

The following ingredients have 50 Servings
  • 5 cups (500g) rolled oats
  • 2 cups (300g) dried cranberries (or any dried fruit, or even half dried fruit and half chocolate chips!)  
  • 2 cups (500g) Creamy SunButter 
  • 1 cup (300g) maple syrup or honey 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instruction

  • In a small saucepan, heat the sweetener and SunButter stirring frequently until melted and smooth.
  • In a large mixing bowl, stir together the oats, dried fruit, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Pour the SunButter mixture over the dry ingredients and mix (hands work best).
  • Roll into balls (about 1 tablespoon of dough per ball).
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  • Enjoy!
  • Keep in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage.
