Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 1 Oreo Crust (RECIPE HERE, chilled)
  • 2 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 15 ounce can pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • Whipped cream for serving

Instruction

  • To a large mixing bowl, add softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Cream together until smooth.
  • Add pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and vanilla and beat again until combined and smooth.
  • Add pumpkin spice and beat again until fully incorporated.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Pour pumpkin cheesecake mixture into chilled crust, spreading evenly.
  • Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
  • Serve cool topped with whipped cream, extra chocolate chips or chocolate sauce.
