Ingredients
The following ingredients have 10 Servings
- 1 Oreo Crust (RECIPE HERE, chilled)
- 2 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 15 ounce can pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- Whipped cream for serving
Instruction
- To a large mixing bowl, add softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Cream together until smooth.
- Add pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and vanilla and beat again until combined and smooth.
- Add pumpkin spice and beat again until fully incorporated.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour pumpkin cheesecake mixture into chilled crust, spreading evenly.
- Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Serve cool topped with whipped cream, extra chocolate chips or chocolate sauce.
