Ingredients
The following ingredients have 24 Servings
- 1 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. almond flour
- 1 c. walnuts
- 1 c. cashews
- 3 tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. organic peanut butter
- 3 medium/large ripe bananas
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/3 c. roasted salted peanuts
- 1/3 c. + 1/4 c. reserved Lily's Dark Chocolate Premium Baking Chips
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
Instruction
- Add the crust ingredients to your food processor and process until you reach a fine crumbly texture. Gently press with a spatula to form a crust until evenly uniformed through all sides.
- In a high speed blender, add your peanut butter, bananas, honey, and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Spread filling over crust, sprinkle the peanuts and 1/3 c. Lily's Dark Chocolate Premium Baking Chips over the pie.
- Place the remaining 1/4 c. baking chips and coconut oil in a small saucepan and stir until the chocolate has melted.
- Drizzle the chocolate over the pie and freeze until solid for at least 4-6 hours. Store leftover pie in the freezer.
