Ingredients

The following ingredients have 24 Servings
  • 1 c. rolled oats
  • 1 c. almond flour
  • 1 c. walnuts
  • 1 c. cashews
  • 3 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. organic peanut butter
  • 3 medium/large ripe bananas
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/3 c. roasted salted peanuts
  • 1/3 c. + 1/4 c. reserved Lily's Dark Chocolate Premium Baking Chips
  • 1 tsp. coconut oil

Instruction

  • Add the crust ingredients to your food processor and process until you reach a fine crumbly texture. Gently press with a spatula to form a crust until evenly uniformed through all sides.  
  • In a high speed blender, add your peanut butter, bananas, honey, and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Spread filling over crust, sprinkle the peanuts and 1/3 c. Lily's Dark Chocolate Premium Baking Chips over the pie.
  • Place the remaining 1/4 c. baking chips and coconut oil in a small saucepan and stir until the chocolate has melted. 
  • Drizzle the chocolate over the pie and freeze until solid for at least 4-6 hours. Store leftover pie in the freezer.
