Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup gluten free oatmeal
- ⅔ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- ⅓ cup ground flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Instruction
- Add all of your ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
- Stir until all of the ingredients are evenly blended.
- Roll the peanut butter energy bites dough into 1-inch balls, then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (or a silicone mat).
- Chill your peanut butter energy bites in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, then they are ready to eat.
