Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup gluten free oatmeal
  • ⅔ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ⅓ cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instruction

  • Add all of your ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
  •  Stir until all of the ingredients are evenly blended.
  • Roll the peanut butter energy bites dough into 1-inch balls, then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (or a silicone mat).
  • Chill your peanut butter energy bites in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, then they are ready to eat.
