The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup butter (Melted)
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups confectioner's sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 4 tablespoons peanut butter
Instruction
- Line a 9 X 13-inch baking dish with aluminum foil, allowing 2-3 inches to extend over long sides. Spray generously with non-stick cooking spray.
- Mix together the butter, graham cracker crumbs, confectioner's sugar, and 1 cup peanut butter until evenly combined. Cool in the fridge for 20 minutes to firm.
- Meanwhile, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and 4 tablespoons of peanut butter in a double boiler or in the microwave. Spread over cooled peanut butter base. Refrigerate until firm. 2-4 hours. Cut into bars and enjoy.
