Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup butter (Melted)
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 cups confectioner's sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter

Instruction

  •  Line a 9 X 13-inch baking dish with aluminum foil, allowing 2-3 inches to extend over long sides. Spray generously with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Mix together the butter, graham cracker crumbs, confectioner's sugar, and 1 cup peanut butter until evenly combined. Cool in the fridge for 20 minutes to firm.
  • Meanwhile, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and 4 tablespoons of peanut butter in a double boiler or in the microwave. Spread over cooled peanut butter base. Refrigerate until firm. 2-4 hours. Cut into bars and enjoy.
