Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 ounces peach Jello ((1 box))
  • 12 ounces peach yogurt
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
  • 1 cup fresh peaches (peeled and diced)
  • 1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust
  • 8 peach slices (for garnish)

Instruction

  • Whisk together the water and Jello in a mixing bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
  • Whisk in yogurt and Cool Whip. Then stir in the diced peaches.
  • Pour filling into the pie crust. Cover and refrigerate until set, about 1 hour and up to overnight.
  • Top with peach slices before cutting into 8 slices and serving. Store any leftovers covered in the fridge.
