Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 package Double Stuffed Oreos
  • 8 ounces Softened Cream Cheese
  • 12 ounces White Chocolate

Instruction

  • Start by adding the Oreos to a food processor; then pulse until fine. Next, add the cream cheese and pulse again until the two are combined. 
  • Take a tablespoon and roll 1-inch balls with your clean hands and place on a parchment covered cookie sheet; repeat for all.  Put the tray in the freezer for 15 minutes to harden. 
  • While they are in the freezer, melt chocolate in the microwave or on top of the stove using a double boiler. If using the microwave, place the chocolate in a microwave safe container or bowl and heat in 30 second increments until the chocolate has melted. 
  • Take the truffles out of the freezer, dip into chocolate; then garnish with sprinkles and put back onto the sheet pan until the chocolate has hardened. (You can also put them in the refrigerator to speed up the process). 
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
