  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon grass-fed gelatin
  • 4 teaspoons cold water
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons low carb sugar substitute (powdered)
  • 12 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup low carb sugar substitute
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • zest of 2 key limes
  • juice from 4 key limes (about 3 tablespoons)
