Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 1 ¾ cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup coconut oil (melted)
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter or almond butter

Instruction

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, mix oats, cocoa powder, coconut, and salt.
  • Add coconut oil, honey, and peanut butter and mix until well combined.
  • Scoop mixture with a small cookie scoop or spoon onto parchment paper and flatten slightly so that they resemble a cookie.
  • Place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
  • Serve immediately (allowing to thaw for several minutes) or keep stored in a sealed container in the freezer.
