Ingredients
The following ingredients have 30 Servings
- 2 cups rolled oats (quick cooking or old fashioned)
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- ½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips (or mini chips)
- ¼ cup dates (pitted, finely chopped -- roughly ¼ cup)
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instruction
- Add all of the ingredients to a medium-sized mixing bowl, and mix well until fully blended.
- Roll into ½ inch balls, and place on a wax paper-lined cookie sheet.
- Store in airtight container in the refrigerator
