Ingredients

The following ingredients have 30 Servings
  • 2 cups rolled oats (quick cooking or old fashioned)
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • ½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips (or mini chips)
  • ¼ cup dates (pitted, finely chopped -- roughly ¼ cup)
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instruction

  • Add all of the ingredients to a medium-sized mixing bowl, and mix well until fully blended.
  • Roll into ½ inch balls, and place on a wax paper-lined cookie sheet.
  • Store in airtight container in the refrigerator
