Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 2 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup toasted coconut
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 cups peanut butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instruction
- Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add in the rest of the ingredients; stir together.
- Scoop onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Freeze or refrigerate.
