Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 2 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup toasted coconut
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instruction

  • Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add in the rest of the ingredients; stir together.
  • Scoop onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Freeze or refrigerate.
