Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 25 chocolate sandwich cookies
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 12 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 8 oz whipped topping
- 1 cup chocolate morsels
- 1/3 cup whole milk
Instruction
- Start by adding sandwich cookies to a small food processor and pulse until crumbly
- Move crumbs to a small bowl and combine well with melted butter. Add crumbs to a pie pan and press firmly up all sides and evenly on bottom
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter (minus 2 tablespoons) with a hand mixer. Fold in whipped topping until incorporated and then spoon into pie pan and smooth until even.
- Add chocolate morsels into a small bowl with the last 2 tablespoons of peanut butter.
- Bring milk to a low boil in a small saucepan on your stove top and then pour over chocolate morsels. Let sit 3 minutes and then whisk until chocolate is smooth
- Pour chocolate over peanut butter filling and smooth until even. Refrigerate at least 3 hours
- Serve with more whipped topping on top or extra peanuts for garnish
