Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3/4 cup butter (melted (1 1/2 sticks))
- 2 cups finely crushed graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1/4 cups creamy peanut butter (divided)
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instruction
- Line an 8x8 or a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper.
- Stir together melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar and 1 cup of the peanut butter in a large bowl with a large spoon until combined.
- Transfer graham cracker mixture to the prepared dish. Spread well and press evenly (I use a spatula to press).
- Microwave chocolate chips and the remaining 1/4 cup peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl for approximately 2 minutes on high, or until melted. Stir well to combine.
- Spread chocolate mixture evenly over graham cracker mixture. Refrigerate for at least one hour (or until firm) before slicing*. Store covered in the refrigerator.
