The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 12 oz raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 Tbsp tapioca starch
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar or maple sugar
  • 3/4 cup walnuts or pecans
  • 1/2 cup blanched almond flour
  • 3 Tbsp coconut sugar or maple sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
  • 3 tbsp refined coconut oil (melted)
  • 2 cups raw cashews (soaked for at least 2 hours in warm water, and drained)
  • 1/4 cup refined coconut oil (solid)
  • 1 cup coconut cream (chilled)
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
