Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 250 g butternut snap biscuits crushed
- 125 g butter melted
- 2 x 250 g cream cheese
- 380 g NESTLE Top n Fill Caramel
- 3 tsp gelatine powder
Instruction
- Base: Combine biscuit crumbs and butter.
- Press into the base of springform pan.
- Refrigerate to set.
- Filling: Mix using an electric mixer, the cream cheese and Top 'n' Fill Caramel.
- Dissolve gelatine in 1 tablespoon of water, stir with fork or whisk until fully dissolved.
- Add to cream cheese mixture and beat until well combined.
- Pour into prepared biscuit base and refrigerate to set.
