Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 250 g butternut snap biscuits crushed
  • 125 g butter melted
  • 2 x 250 g cream cheese
  • 380 g NESTLE Top n Fill Caramel
  • 3 tsp gelatine powder

Instruction

  • Base: Combine biscuit crumbs and butter.
  • Press into the base of springform pan.
  • Refrigerate to set.
  • Filling: Mix using an electric mixer, the cream cheese and Top 'n' Fill Caramel.
  • Dissolve gelatine in 1 tablespoon of water, stir with fork or whisk until fully dissolved.
  • Add to cream cheese mixture and beat until well combined.
  • Pour into prepared biscuit base and refrigerate to set.
