Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE Mini Morsels plus extra for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 1/4 cup graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 4 small glass jars
  • Lemon rind for garnish

Instruction

  • In a small bowl, combine graham crackers, sugar and melted butter. Mix together and set aside.
  • In medium bowl, add cream cheese, ricotta, powdered sugar, cinnamon, lemon zest and pinch of salt. Beat together with a hand mixer.
  • Stir in 1 cup of the NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE Mini Morsels. Reserve remaining cup for later.
  • Add several tablespoons of the graham cracker mixture to the bottom of the four class jars. Sprinkle with mini morsels
  • Top with several tablespoons of the cannoli cheesecake cream.
  • Add another layer of graham crackers, mini morsels and cannoli cheesecake cream.
  • Top with remaining chocolate mini morsels.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
