Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs ((see note))
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter (, melted)
- 12 ounces (1 & 1/2 bricks) cream cheese (, softened to room temp)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 16 ounces 2 tubs (8 ounces each) Cool Whip (, thawed)
- 3 bananas (, thinly sliced into rounds)
- 20 ounce can crushed pineapple (, fully drained)
- 1 pound strawberries (, finely chopped)
- 1/3 cup walnuts (, toasted and chopped)
- chocolate syrup (, for drizzling)
- maraschino cherries (, for topping)
Instruction
- Thoroughly coat a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a medium bowl, blend together the graham cracker crumbs and the melted butter until well combined and moist. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- In a large bowl with an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese and sugar until combined and fluffy; then fold in 1 tub of Cool Whip. Spread mixture evenly over the crust.
- Top cream layer with even layers of banana, pineapple, and strawberries. Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with walnuts.
- Refrigerate until completely chilled and set, preferably overnight, but at least 4 hours.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup and top with maraschino cherries before serving.
