Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
  • 22 medjool dates
  • 2 cups dried apples
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup whole apple, chopped
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • pinch sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon Saigon cinnamon
  • 1-2 tablespoon coconut palm sugar
  • 2 tablespoon molasses (can sub for any liquid sweetener such as agave, honey or brown rice syrup)
  • 1 small apple (chopped (keep skin on))
  • 1 tablespoon - 1/2 cup+ dairy free milk of choice*

Instruction

  • In a high-speed blender or food processor, add your medjool dates and blend until thick and pulverized.
  • Add the rest of your ingredients and blend until fully combined. Scrap down the sides to ensure the mixture is fully combined.
  • Transfer to a large bowl. Using your hands, make 24 small balls. Place the balls on a lined plate and refrigerate until firm.
