Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 22 medjool dates
- 2 cups dried apples
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 cup whole apple, chopped
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- pinch sea salt
- 1 teaspoon Saigon cinnamon
- 1-2 tablespoon coconut palm sugar
- 2 tablespoon molasses (can sub for any liquid sweetener such as agave, honey or brown rice syrup)
- 1 small apple (chopped (keep skin on))
- 1 tablespoon - 1/2 cup+ dairy free milk of choice*
Instruction
- In a high-speed blender or food processor, add your medjool dates and blend until thick and pulverized.
- Add the rest of your ingredients and blend until fully combined. Scrap down the sides to ensure the mixture is fully combined.
- Transfer to a large bowl. Using your hands, make 24 small balls. Place the balls on a lined plate and refrigerate until firm.
