Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 5 lbs Bone-in Chicken Thighs (Frozen)
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)
  • Garlic Powder (to taste)

Instruction

  • Place chicken in 6 or 6.5 quart Electric Pressure Cooker and add remaining ingredients.
  • Set lid to seal and cook under high pressure for 30 minutes.
  • Quick release pressure and carefully move chicken pieces into a bowl to remove skin (reserve for crackins if desired.) and chicken bone (discard). Shred meat.
  • Store in an air tight container with a little broth spooned over the top to use in sandwiches, salads, casseroles and soups.
  • Reserve remaining broth as a broth base for soups if desired.
