Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 5 lbs Bone-in Chicken Thighs (Frozen)
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- Salt & Pepper (to taste)
- Garlic Powder (to taste)
Instruction
- Place chicken in 6 or 6.5 quart Electric Pressure Cooker and add remaining ingredients.
- Set lid to seal and cook under high pressure for 30 minutes.
- Quick release pressure and carefully move chicken pieces into a bowl to remove skin (reserve for crackins if desired.) and chicken bone (discard). Shred meat.
- Store in an air tight container with a little broth spooned over the top to use in sandwiches, salads, casseroles and soups.
- Reserve remaining broth as a broth base for soups if desired.
