Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 cup salted butter (softened)
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless strip steaks
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
- 3/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil (or other high heat oil)
Instruction
- Place the softened butter in a bowl and add the chives, garlic, lemon juice, crushed red pepper flakes and black pepper.
- Stir until throughly combined. Form into a log and wrap with parchment paper.
- Place in the refrigerator.
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper and allow to sit at room temperature for 1 hour.
- Brush with oil.
