Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 pounds bone-in (skin-on chicken thighs)
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instruction
- Place the chicken in a shallow dish or large zip-top bag.
- In a medium bowl, combine the buttermilk, salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, fresh ground black pepper and cayenne pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours and up to 24 hours.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Select GRILL, HIGH and set the timer for 25 minutes.
- When the grill is preheated, add the chicken, being careful not to overcrowd.
- Cook, flipping halfway through, until the chicken registers 160° F.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and tent with foil. Allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
