Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 can black-eyed peas (drained and rinsed)
  • 1/3 c each chopped tomatoes (red onion, and green bell pepper))
  • 2 T fresh lime juice
  • 2 T chopped cilantro
  • 1 t olive oil
  • little salt (pepper, cumin, and garlic powder)
  • tortilla chips

Instruction

  • Combine and chill for at least 30 min.
