Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 oz dark rum
- 1 cup blackberries
- Ice
- 25 oz champagne (1 bottle)
Instruction
- Place rum and blackberries in a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake well for 2 minutes, allowing the blackberries to become sufficiently muddled (you can muddle them properly before adding the rum, if you'd prefer).
- Strain the blackberry-rum mixture out into your serving glasses. About 1 oz to each glass.
- Top with champagne and serve immediately.
