Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 oz dark rum
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • Ice
  • 25 oz champagne (1 bottle)

Instruction

  • Place rum and blackberries in a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
  • Shake well for 2 minutes, allowing the blackberries to become sufficiently muddled (you can muddle them properly before adding the rum, if you'd prefer).
  • Strain the blackberry-rum mixture out into your serving glasses. About 1 oz to each glass.
  • Top with champagne and serve immediately.
