Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 16 ounces Smoked Sausage
  • 8 ounces Bowtie pasta (cooked according to package directions)
  • 2 cups whipping cream (or heavy cream)
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese (shredded)

Instruction

  • Cut the sausage into thin slices. In a large skillet, saute the sausage slices until crispy and browned around the edges. Add the garlic just as the sausage is browning, and cook for about 1 minute. Add the cream and Cajun seasoning to the skillet with the sausage, stirring until the seasoning and cream are blended.
  • Bring the cream mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes, until the cream mixture starts the thicken.
  • Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the parmesan. Add the pasta to the pan and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
