Ingredients
The following ingredients have 3 Servings
- 2 pounds large head-on shrimp (10 to 15 count or 16 to 20 count) (See Tip 1)
- 1 1/2 quarts water
- 1 onion, peeled and cut in half
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 lemon, cut in half
- 1 Tablespoon Kosher salt
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco or hot sauce
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions, white and green part
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 6 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 Tablespoons prepared horseradish (See Tip 2)
- 3 Tablespoons Creole whole-grain mustard
- 3 Tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
- 3 Tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
