Ingredients
The following ingredients have 3 Servings
- 2 bananas (peeled and sliced in half then lengthwise)
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Rum (optional)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon plus more for garnish
- Vanilla (or go festive and try King Cake flavor ice cream, I used 4 scoops)
Instruction
- In a large skillet, add butter and brown sugar.
- Stir until melted and bubbly.
- Add rum then using a long lighter carefully light of fire to flambe and cook the rum.
- When the flame cooks down add the sliced bananas and cinnamon. Cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Serve warm in bowls on top of ice cream.
