Ingredients

The following ingredients have 24 Servings
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground espresso powder
  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 12 mini crunch bars, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl whisk together the butter and sugars until creamy.  Beat in eggs and vanilla.  Slowly incorporate baking soda, salt, espresso powder and flour.  Then mix in crunch bars, butterscotch and chocolate chips. Using a cookie scoop or spoon place 2 teaspoon size balls onto parchment paper about 1 inch from each other. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes and then remove to cool.
