Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 2 cups peeled and diced nectarines
  • 1 Tbsp peach liqueur (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk

Instruction

  • Combine nectarines, peach liqueur, honey, salt, and sugar in a food processor; blend until mostly smooth. Pour mixture into a medium bowl and whisk in heavy cream and whole milk. Cover and chill mixture for four hours in the refrigerator.
  • Pour chilled ice cream mixture into frozen cylinder of ice cream maker; freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions. Spoon mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze overnight until firm.
