  • 1/2 cup warm, cooked Japanese rice (preferably short grain)
  • 1/2 avocado, chopped
  • 1/2 cup English cucumber, seeded and diced
  • 1 scallion, finely chopped
  • Raw egg (optional)
  • Soy sauce for drizzling
