The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 pound(s) ground chuck
- 1 pound(s) ground turkey
- 1/2 cup(s) teriyaki sauce
- 1 small can(s) pineapple slice or I use fresh pineapple
- 1 - small bags of onion rings cooked
- - spinach, fresh for topping the bun
- 4 slice(s) swiss cheese
- 8 slice(s) cooked applewood bacon
- FOR THE MAYO SAUCE
- 1 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon(s) celery seeds
- 2 tablespoon(s) pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon(s) ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) jalapeño peppers
- MIX THOSE 5 INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND PLACE IN REFRIGERATOR
Instruction
- For grilled pineapple drain pineapple juice in a bowl, add teriyaki sauce and mix, place pineapple slices and 3 tablespoons of pineapple teriyaki mixture in a resealable bag. Coat and set aside.
- Shape burger patties into 4 patties and spoon remaining pineapple teriyaki sauce over top. Preheat grill. Butter buns.
- Place burger on hot grill and grill until done. Then place pineapples on hot grill and grill on both side are slightly brown, and warm through. Assemble burger and enjoy.
