Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 2 large eggs
- 2/3 cup icing or powdered sugar -
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour - (plus more for dusting)
- parchment paper, cooking spray or butter, for greasing
Instruction
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
- Prepare a rimmed baking sheet with either parchment paper, butter or cooking spray.
- In a medium sized bowl combine eggs, sugar and flour.
- Blend with a whisk until combined.
- Spread batter on your prepared pan in circles, as big or as little as you want. Start with a bigger cone at first, they are easier to roll.
- Bake for between 4 and 6 minutes. When baked, loosen with a spatula or sharp knife and form a cone.
- If the cones are cold before you have them formed, return them to your oven for a moment or two to warm them up.
- These cones are best used the same day. Store unfilled in an airtight container.
- Just before serving fill with whipped cream, ice cream or custard! Sprinkles also make everything better! Enjoy!
