The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4-6 Clove
  • 1 inch Cinnamon
  • 6-8 Black Peppercorns
  • 3-4 Green Cardamom
  • 2 Black Cardamom
  • 10-12 Cashew Nuts
  • 1 cup Browned Onion
  • 3 tbsp Ghee
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 kg Mutton (Curry cut)
  • 4 tsp Ginger Garlic Green Chilli Paste
  • 1 cup Curd (Whisked with 1 tbsp maida.)
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 10-12 strands Saffron (Soaked in 2 tbsp water.)
  • 2-3 drops Kewra Extract
