Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 500 gms mutton (cut into small pieces)
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- salt to taste
Instruction
- In a pan, take the mutton, ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder. Add a cup of water and cook on medium low heat till the mutton is tender and water has dried up.
- Once the water has dried up, add the oil and fry the mutton well.
- Next add in the red chilli powder, garam masala powder and masala. Fry well till all the masala is well coated.
- Remove from heat, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
