Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 500 gms mutton (cut into small pieces)
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • salt to taste

Instruction

  • In a pan, take the mutton, ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder. Add a cup of water and cook on medium low heat till the mutton is tender and water has dried up.
  • Once the water has dried up, add the oil and fry the mutton well.
  • Next add in the red chilli powder, garam masala powder and masala. Fry well till all the masala is well coated.
  • Remove from heat, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
