Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 500 gms mutton chops
- 2 tbs ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tbsp black pepper powder
- 3 tbsp coriander leaves / cilantro
- salt to taste
- 1/2 cup oil
Instruction
- In pan add the mutton chops, ginger garlic paste and black pepper powder. Add 2 cups water and cook till the mutton is cooked over medium flame. Alternatively you can pressure cook, but be careful as the mutton chops gets cooked pretty fast.
- Heat oil in another pan and add the turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt. Fry for few seconds and add the cooked mutton chops and coriander leaves. Mix gently and fry till the chops are brown in color. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
