Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 strips thick cut bacon
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • 16 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cups beef stock

Instruction

  • In a stock pot, fry bacon over medium heat until nearly crispy.
  • Add garlic & red onion. Saute 3-5 minutes until onion is translucent.
  • Add mushrooms and garlic salt. Saute until mushrooms are tender.
  • Add stock and bring to a simmer, then add cream and continue to cook until heated through.
  • If desired, puree with an immersion blender until smooth.
