Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 strips thick cut bacon
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- 16 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cups beef stock
Instruction
- In a stock pot, fry bacon over medium heat until nearly crispy.
- Add garlic & red onion. Saute 3-5 minutes until onion is translucent.
- Add mushrooms and garlic salt. Saute until mushrooms are tender.
- Add stock and bring to a simmer, then add cream and continue to cook until heated through.
- If desired, puree with an immersion blender until smooth.
