- 1/4 C 10 Grain Cereal *See Note (40g)
- 2 Tbs Thick Rolled Oats (18g)
- 2 Tbs Quinoa (24g)
- 2 Tbs Flax Seed (26g)
- 2 Tbs Sunflower Seeds (22g)
- 1/3 C Water (79g)
- 1/2 C Almond Milk (or other nutmilk) + 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar (142g, whole milk works too )
- 1 1/2 C White Unbleached Bread Flour (264g)
- 1 1/2 C Whole Wheat Bread Flour **See Note (258g)
- 3 Tbs Brown Sugar (46g)
- 1 1/2 tsp Sea Salt (10g)
- 1 Tbs Quick Rise Yeast ***See Note (6g)
- 3 Tbs Cooked Brown Rice ****See Note (44g)
- 1 1/2 Tbs Maple Syrup
- 3/4 C Water (room temperature (178g))
- Coconut oil or butter for coating bowl and pan. Pan spray will work here too,
- 1 Tbs Rolled Oats (9g)
- Bread flour for dusting.
