Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup long-grain rice wash and then soak for 15 minutes. Check note #2
  • ½ cup green or brown lentils wash and then soak for 15 minutes.
  • 1 cube chicken bouillon or vegetable bouillon check note #3
  • 2 1/2 cup water
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 medium onions (red or yellow, thinly sliced)
  • ¼ cup olive oil. Check note #1
