The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups Bisquick™ Pancake & Baking Mix Original
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick™ Pancake & Baking Mix Original
  • 4 tablespoons softened butter
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instruction

  • Heat oven to 400°F. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with parchment liners.
  • In a large bowl, stir together Bisquick™, milk, brown sugar, melted butter and egg called for in muffin ingredients.
  • In a second bowl, mix together the brown sugar, Bisquick™, softened butter and cinnamon to form the streusel crumbles.
  • Spoon 1 tablespoon of batter into the bottom of each muffin cup, followed by 1 tablespoon of streusel crumbles. Top cups with remaining batter, filling each cup evenly. Spoon remaining streusel on top.
  • Bake 18 to 20 minutes, or just until the center of each muffin is set.
  • In a small bowl, mix together powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Drizzle over the top of warm coffee cakes.
