  • 2 stalks celery (diced)
  • 1 cup kalamata olives (pitted)
  • ¾ cup small green olives (pitted)
  • 1 cup giardiniera salad (drained)
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ⅓ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
