Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 3 oz semi sweet chocolate
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 9 inch Oreo cookie pie crust
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 3.9 oz packages instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
  • 8 oz Cool Whip (thawed and divided)

Instruction

  • Melt chocolate in a microwave safe bowl according to package directions, being careful not to scorch.
  • Stir in sweetened condensed milk.
  • Spread into bottom of pie crust. Sprinkle evenly with chopped pecans.
  • In a medium bowl, beat together dry pudding mix and milk for two minutes. Spoon 1 1/2 cups of the pudding mixture over pecans.
  • Stir half of Cool Whip into remaining pudding mixture. Spread evenly over pudding layer.
  • Refrigerate at least 2 hours (or overnight). Serve with additional plain Cool Whip if desired.
