Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 3 oz semi sweet chocolate
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 9 inch Oreo cookie pie crust
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 cups milk
- 2 3.9 oz packages instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
- 8 oz Cool Whip (thawed and divided)
Instruction
- Melt chocolate in a microwave safe bowl according to package directions, being careful not to scorch.
- Stir in sweetened condensed milk.
- Spread into bottom of pie crust. Sprinkle evenly with chopped pecans.
- In a medium bowl, beat together dry pudding mix and milk for two minutes. Spoon 1 1/2 cups of the pudding mixture over pecans.
- Stir half of Cool Whip into remaining pudding mixture. Spread evenly over pudding layer.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours (or overnight). Serve with additional plain Cool Whip if desired.
