The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 4 slices sourdough or italian bread
- 4-6 ounces fresh mozzarella (sliced thin, or can also used smoked mozzarella)
- 8 slices fresh basil leaves (plus more for serving)
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 eggs
- 2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar (1/8 cup brown sugar and 1/8 cup honey also work)
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 lemon (juiced)
